Overview

InSyncer for MYOB Acumatica allows you to automatically create products in Shopify directly from your Acumatica item data.
The Product Creation Analysis feature identifies which products are ready to be published and lets you push them into Shopify in just a few clicks—saving time and ensuring data accuracy across both systems.

This feature is ideal for merchants managing large catalogues or regularly introducing new SKUs, providing full visibility before any products are created.

How It Works

When you open Product Creation Analysis in InSyncer:

  1. InSyncer scans MYOB Acumatica for items that are not yet present in Shopify.

  2. It lists every product and its variants, showing details such as SKU, colour, and status.

  3. You can view existing items, analyse results, and choose which products to push to Shopify.

  4. Once pushed, InSyncer automatically creates complete Shopify product records—including variants, titles, pricing, and inventory.

Interface Overview

The Product Creation Analysis screen displays:

  • Status summary: see when the analysis started, finished, and whether it completed successfully.

  • Result counts: total products and variants identified for creation.

  • Search & filter: find a specific SKU or confirm why a product isn’t included.

  • Action buttons:

    • View Variants – preview details before creation.

    • Push – instantly create products in Shopify.

Example: The screenshot below shows an analysis detecting 90 products with 270 variants ready to sync.
