Why We Built InSyncer

We tried getting the native Acumatica connector to work for a customer project. We couldn't. We've been a Shopify Partner since 2012. We're technical - we have backend development experience and over a decade working with MYOB ERPs. The native connector had us stumped. Multiple support requests logged through the MYOB partner on the project. No clear answers. No progress. Our client needed to go live and we were getting nowhere.

So we built it ourselves.

What We Learned
The native connector is a spaghetti junction of convoluted entity mapping settings with unclear documentation and no direct support path. As a Shopify agency, we know exactly what data needs to surface in Shopify to power commerce properly - but the connector seemed designed by people who only understood the ERP side.
